Other than hygiene, there are still plenty other things to do to take care of yourself like eating healthy. To make a healthy meal requires all five food groups. These five food groups are:

Dairy – Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt

Grains – Bread and Cereals

Protein – Meats

Vegetables – Lettuce, Corn, and Spinach

Fruit – Strawberries, Grapes, and Cherries

All these items listed after each food group are the basic list of each group and are good for everyday meals. For example:

Breakfast – Cereal or Yogurt

Lunch – Sandwich ( Bread, Lettuce, Corn, Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, and Cheese )

Dinner – Meat

With these meals everyday you will be eating plenty of healthy meals.
